Kate Wheeler is a Child Nutrition Specialist with Utah State Board of Education, where she works on farm to fork and local procurement initiatives, and oversees the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program. Kate received her Master of Public Health from Emory University. Prior to joining the team at USBE, she worked with various food access programs in Oregon, Atlanta, and overseas.
