Harmony Langford

Nephi, UT
With over 20 years’ experience in education, Harmony loves to share her enthusiasm for elementary education with children and the professionals who teach them. Harmony has a bachelor’s degree from SUU, a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, an Early Childhood Endorsement, a Level 1 Reading Endorsement and is a LETRS Facilitator. Harmony has dedicated her career to understanding, implementing, and promoting early childhood education research, developmentally appropriate methods, and best practice in the early childhood classroom. Harmony has spent most of her career teaching kindergarten, but has also taught first and fifth grades. Harmony has been a parent education trainer, a curriculum writer for the Utah Office of Work and Family Life, a trainer for Care About Childcare and has presented at numerous early childhood conferences throughout Utah. Harmony and her husband, Jim, are the parents of five children and live in Nephi. She enjoys reading, hiking, and running with her dog.
