In this interactive session participants will learn about five leadership principles that can be used as a foundation to build the capacity of a core group of school and district leaders to accomplish their school and/or districts’ mission and vision for student success and increase alignment and coherence district wide.

In whole group and small group discussions, participants will:

Learn about five leadership principles that can be used to promote excellent and equitable outcomes for students

Identify the ways in which school and district leadership is aligned and coherent to ensure student success

Examine a tool (Journey Map) for leaders to reflect on their practice and identify actions and commitments
