The demands on educators can be relentless, especially in the complicated times we are in now. This presentation will focus on what teachers and leaders can do to intentionally increase their resilience in challenging times. Various strategies will be reviewed and multiple ideas presented to help educators develop an intentional approach to increasing their resilience and helping others do the same.
