Interventions, Strategies and Techniques used to assist students to help self-regulate emotions to help stay focused and present in the classroom. We will be discussing Canyon View High School's Tapping 2 Wellness program and their use of bilateral tappers, and the strategies and techniques of movement, water, and breathing to create connections to help teachers, counselors and administrators work better with students.
