In this fun and interactive presentation, you will learn habits that not only help you and your students live happier, healthier lives, but are proven to help with recovery from anxiety and depression, based on Nedley's Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program. Add to these habits mindfulness and whole wellness by focusing on the four dimensions of our lives: heart, mind, body, and soul, to bring balance - the key to being our best.
