Rural school counselors are often faced with many unique challenges, including taking on many roles and responsibilities that can be tricky to balance. This session will explore and provide ideas for how to implement a comprehensive program in rural school settings with these challenges in mind. Attendees will brainstorm ideas and share resources in collaboration with other school counselors in the session and learn ways to meet the needs of students and your school while meeting the expectations of the Utah model for College and Career Readiness School Counseling Programs.
