Engaging learners in rich dialogue around learning outcomes is often a challenge for both teachers and school leaders. This session focuses on modeling instructional strategies that result in active engagement and support individual learner needs. Participants will experience the strategies and brainstorm opportunities to utilize the strategies in their teaching/leadership. Examples of how the strategies were used to train school leaders in the teacher/leader evaluation process will be shared.
