This would be ideal for the 20-minute OTC - to introduce folks to the new teacher mentoring endorsement being developed with anticipated rollout this summer. The endorsement will parallel the existing instructional coaching endorsement and provide opportunity for teachers and school leaders to build capacity for and the prestige associated with being a mentor for new teachers.
