This presentation will focus on the systematic structure of Tier 2 behavior and SEL interventions. Many schools go from Tier 1 classroom management to a crisis version of Tier 3. Creating a sustainable structure for Tier 2 intervention is essential to mitigating struggle for students and maximizing the foundation for their success. This also helps to support teacher wellness and efficacy. This will cover basic data collection procedures, teaming and training structures, and criteria for intervention. Each participant will leave with a next step action plan.
