Sorenson Impact Center has developed a comprehensive evaluation framework that identifies factors in K-12 educational systems that predict future postsecondary readiness, access, and success. This framework outlines appropriate indicators and metrics that can be used to measure postsecondary success. The Rural Pathway to Education post-secondary evaluation framework serves as a guide and resource for best practice and innovative solutions for positive postsecondary outcome for students who attend rural school districts.
