Angie Stallings is Deputy Superintendent of Policy at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE). Stallings is responsible for policy review and rule writing, and has extensive experience drafting legislation and providing general policy advice to policymakers. Stallings worked as associate general counsel in the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel for 10 years prior to joining USBE. She holds a juris doctorate from the University of Utah.
